TLDR:

“Yuga Labs grants commercial license to Bored Ape NFT owners to use the image(s) they own as they see fit, even to create or promote products. That part is fine. Where Arizona Iced Tea went wrong, according to the developer, is in the use of the Bored Ape Yacht Club and logo with the announcement, which does not count as authorized use”. -decrypt.comm

Basically. A company brand made an NFT and apparently does not sell it. They choose to license it out to buyers allowing them to use it how they see fit. Arizona iced tea bought the NF tea and made a tweet saying they [have big plans for the NFT](https://twitter.com/drinkarizona/status/1428805448031948800?s=21) . Now the company brand is claiming Arizona tea used the brand logo in an unauthorized way… what does that mean? Do they think Arizona tea claimed the logo as their own?
