I feel even if governments agrees on crypto adoption, the transaction fees and speed would still remain a hurdle to widespread adoption. Like sure you could and still get something like Car or Yatch with crypto, but what about day to day stuff
Take an example you want to buy a toothpaste from the grocery store and btc is the payment method, would you wait there for half hour just to confirm the payment and we are not even talking about fees yet.
Besides a few cryptocurrencies right now ( XLM and Nano comes immediately to the mind ) I just don’t see Eth or Btc being the future “currencies” at current state of matters.
