Aaron Rodgers has no shortage of suitors: Five teams want the Packers QB

Aaron Rodgers‘ future is up in the air after his season with the Green Bay Packers has come to an end. The NFL star is not expected to make a final decision soon, but the team would not rule out trading him in the offseason.

ESPN reporter Adam Schefter claimed on Saturday that the Packers would consider a trade, but he is unsure whether there is an NFL team who could afford to meet his salary demands.

“Make no mistake: Both sides are fully aware that a trade is a very real scenario this offseason for Aaron Rodgers,” Schefter said.

“The Packers are expected to move on from certain players, which Aaron Rodgers probably will not like. The issue here will be the $110 million left on his contract, and which team could afford it. But there is a real possibility that at some point this offseason, Aaron Rodgers is going to be traded.”

Which are the teams who could trade for Aaron Rodgers

There are currently five NFL teams which could be interested in a trade that would see Rodgers depart the Packers after 18 seasons.

The Tennessee Titans could potentially be in search of a quarterback in their bid to compete for the Super Bowl. Meanwhile, the New York Jets, Miami Dolphins, Las Vegas Raiders and Indianapolis Colts could also be potential suitors in the event the Packers decide to trade their star.
