Ariana Madix Reacts to Scandoval Joke at White House Dinner

Ariana Madix attended the White House Correspondents’ Dinner on Saturday night, where she was seen reacting to a joke host Roy Wood Jr. made about Tom Sandoval‘s affair with Raquel Leviss.

Just under two months after the couple’s shocking romance was uncovered, the Vanderpump Rules star was joined by co-stars Lisa Vanderpump and Lala Kent, as well as Real Housewives of Potomac cast member Wendy Osefo, at the Washington, D.C., event.

In a group photo taken on April 29, Lala was seen in a printed strapless gown and her hair in a bun. Lisa wore a black dress and gold cape, and Ariana wore a white dress and a white cape.

On Ariana’s Instagram Story, she shared a series of photos from the Correspondents’ Dinner, one of which featured her “Bravo Take Over” With Lisa and Wendy, and another that saw her on the red carpet with Lala and Lisa.

On the way to a related event, Lala and Ariana, who were wearing a blue low-cut silk dress and a gold and black dress, respectively, were seen in the back of a car.

“She’s a star, honey. She is presidential. And I’m the First Lady,” Lala told her fans and followers, as seen in a clip reshared by a Pump Rules page.

Another video on Instagram saw the Pump Rules ladies walking the red carpet.

Amid the event, in a clip from CNN reshared by the Queens of Bravo on Instagram, Roy poked fun at recent scandals, including the firing of Fox News host Tucker Carlson and Sandoval’s cheating.

“Scandals, scandals have been devouring careers this year. The untouchable Tucker Carlson is out of a job. Some people celebrate it but the Tucker staff, I want you to know that I know what you’re feeling. I work at The Daily Show, so I too have been blindsided by the sudden departure of the host of a fake news program,” Roy began.

Then, in a nod to “Scandoval,” he continued. “Tucker got caught up, got caught up like the dude from Vanderpump Rules.”

At that point, as Roy said the scandal was based around “text message stuff,” Ariana put her hand over her mouth and looked around at her fellow guests.
