Fear and Leveraging
The patient seems ill. We are in a state of extreme fear. From this fear comes the urge to accumulate. Wealth potentially can protect us from the disruption that looms around the corner like Michael Jackson with a mask from Thriller.
My thesis is that some people that fear the most the change to come, will try to accumulate the most money as possible. Many of these investors represent the old World. The old conservative world fears any disruptive change.
Then there are the control-freak states like China. To control something means you are afraid of change. It’s that simple. Because change is like nature, unpredictable. One day they like Bitcoin, and the other day they change their minds again. It is their way to manipulate the price since China knows its power. This means Xi Jinping buys Bitcoin too.
There are many people in high places that secretly are in love with Bitcoin, but from their role as gatekeepers of the old money system are expected to condemn it.
And they want to keep the secret to themselves too. Don’t tell the people, misinform the people, so that we can buy more and stay in power, even when Bitcoin one day possibly be the global currency.
Bitcoin shows our fear in its most extreme, ugly and powerful way. From this fear, the old pyramid of power and money imported itself into Bitcoin.
Bitcoin has give or take 25 million users. There are 18.000 Bitcoin millionaires. The first big-time crypto investors are now Billionaires. They are the top of the mini pyramid withing Bitcoin, the 2000 people that own 40% of Bitcoins.
That does not make Bitcoin a crypto pyramid scheme. As our magic mirror, it reflects what our world is made of; big pyramids where the top is extremely rich. Believe it or not, but this is actually good for Bitcoin’s endgame. Read why here
