Authorities are searching for six protesters who allegedly jumped on the roadbed inside an Upper East Side subway station during a Saturday demonstration tied to the killing of Jordan Neely.

The NYPD is requesting the public’s help in identifying the six individuals who are accused of holding up an oncoming Q train at Lexington Avenue and East 63rd Street on Saturday evening.

The six criminal trespass suspects fled from the station, police said.

So far, 12 people have been arrested tied to the protest, law enforcement sources said.

The charges for the 8 women and four men include obstructing governmental administration, disorderly conduct and assault.

One person was issued a summons.

The rally went off the rails when dozens of protesters jumped onto the roadbed and then later prevented the doors of a subway car from being shut, according to footage of the scene.

Service was interrupted and one fed-up str aphanger begged officers to remove the protesters while the rabble-rousers verbally berated the man, according to footage of the incident.

Police at one point began evacuating the station leading to protesters pushing up against police officers.

Several protesters were tackled to the ground by authorities as they were taken into custody.

Once the station was cleared, more chaos ensued on the street level when protesters blocked a street intersection.

The volatile protest came days after Neely, 30, was placed in a fatal chokehold by 24-year-old Marine Daniel Penny after the homeless man yelled at subway riders and tossed trash, according to police and an eyewitness account.

Neely’s death was ruled a homicide by the city’s medical examiner.

Penny has not been charged.

The legal team representing him argued Neely was threatening Penny and other passengers and the Marine acted in self-defense. His attorneys also claimed he “never intended to harm” Neely.

Two other passengers helped restrain Neely before he died.

The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office will impanel a grand jury to determine whether to charge Penny.

Neely had a long-documented history of mental illness, and had been arrested more than 40 times, law enforcement sources said.

The NYPD said anyone with tips on the six protesters being sought can call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
