Two people having a random conversation about a not much used currency called Bitcoin, 8 years ago

Scary thing is that the exact same convo literally still happens now, 8 years later, despite the fiat equivalent price, mainstream news reporting & the way in which BTC can be purchased/stored/used all increasing & improving leaps & bounds.

Vast majority are still sceptical, wondering what BTC even actually is & questioning why people don’t use it & wondering how those that do even do manage to use it or own it. Concerned about volatility… heck, most don’t even understand volatility. They just spook out about price be high then price be low.

Imagine another 8 years from now when everything continues to advance, including peoples understanding for it. So curious to see where we’ll be with it all.
